Thank you for visiting iface.io ("iface LLC"). We try to make our Privacy Policy easy to understand so you are well informed as to how we collect and use your information (including through the websites of our partners), and how you can control the collection, correction, and/or deletion of that information. This Privacy Policy applies to the iface, LLC ("iface", "we," or "us") owned and operated websites, its subdomains, any mobile or web applications, and the services provided therein (collectively, the "Sites" or "Services").
We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources. Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given them in our Terms. The use of information collected through our Sites shall be limited to the purposes under this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service to customers.
This Privacy Policy, like our Terms and Conditions, is an integral part of using our Site; therefore you must completely agree to our Privacy Policy in order to use our Site. If you are under 18 please stop using our Site immediately.

1. Information We Collect on Our Own Behalf.
We want to be clear about what information we collect and how we use it to deliver our Services to you, improve your business life, operate our business, and help make our Services useful, more intelligent, and work better for you. For example, we collect IP addresses to track and aggregate non-personal information, such as using IP addresses to monitor the regions from which users navigate to our Services. We also collect IP addresses from users when they log into the Services as part of our log-in and security features. We may also, when you enable location-based Services, collect Global Positioning System (GPS) location data and/or motion data.
Our Services may change over time and we may introduce new features that may collect new or different types of information.
2. Information We Collect on Behalf of Third Parties.
Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts are used by our partners, affiliates, analytics or service providers. These technologies may be used in analyzing trends, administering the Sites, tracking your movements around the Sites and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by such companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
3. How We Use Your Information.

Account Registration: We may use your name, address, phone number, and email address to register your account for certain services we provide and to communicate important information to you. If you set up an administrator account that may be accessed by people other than you, please note that they may see and have the ability to change or delete your Personal Information.
G Suite registration: We don't store any information from emails, drive, calendar, and contacts. We only store necessary information in your browser. We store information when you convert contacts or email into lead or person.
To Provide Our Services and Operate Our Business: We may use your information to operate our business, including providing Services you requested, providing you with support related to our Services, and to help us protect our Services, including to combat fraud and protect your information.
Customer Service and Technical Support: We may use your name, address, phone number, email address, how you interact with our Services, and information about your computer configuration to resolve questions you may have about our Services and to follow up with you about your experience. We also offer various Internet chat services, for example, to speak with iface support representatives. Internet Chat transmissions are encrypted but you should not supply more Personal Information than is required to address your specific issue. A transcript of the session is retained to resolve questions or issues related to our Services.
Communicate with You and Tell You About Other Services: We may use your information to communicate with you about our Services and to give you offers for third party products and services that we think may be of use to you. Please see below for the choices you have regarding these communications.
To Improve Services and Develop New Services: We will use your information to personalize or customize your experience and the Service, develop new features or services, and to improve the overall quality of iface's Services.
Feedback: We may use any information you volunteer in surveys you answer for us and combine them with answers from other customers in order to better understand our Services and how we may improve them. Answering any survey is optional.
Research, Including Publishing or Sharing Combined Information from Many Users, But Only in a Way that Would Not Allow You or Any Other Person to be Identified:
Only in a way that would not allow you or any other person to be identified, we may prepare and share information about our customers with third parties, such as advertisers or partners, for research, academic, marketing and/or promotional purposes. For example, we may share demographic data that describes the percentage of our customers who use mobile services or who use a particular operating system. We or our third-party partners may publicly report the aggregated findings of the research or analysis, but only in a way that would not allow you or any other person to be identified.
(b) How We Share Your Personal Information: From time to time, we may need to share your Personal Information with others -
Third Party Service Providers: We may share your information, including Personal Information and Usage Data, with third party service providers who perform various functions to enable us to provide our Services and help us operate our business, such as website design, sending email communications, fraud detection and prevention, customer care, or performing analytics. Protection of iface and Others: We may share account information, Personal Information, and Usage Data when we believe it is appropriate to enforce or apply our products' Terms of Service and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of iface, our Services, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. This does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing Personal Information of our customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Statement.
Reporting to Credit Bureaus: We may share your information with credit bureaus, consumer reporting agencies, and card associations. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report and consumer report. We may also share your information with other companies, lawyers, credit bureaus, agents, government agencies, and card associations in connection with issues related to fraud, credit, or debt collection.
Information Sharing Between iface Entities: We share your information, including your Personal Information, with and among our affiliates and subsidiaries, except where prohibited by law. Affiliates and subsidiaries mean companies related by common ownership or control. The reasons we share your information include for our everyday business purposes, such as to - process your transactions, maintain your accounts, operate our business, etc. We will also share your information in order for us to be able to offer our products and services to you. We may also share information about your creditworthiness, your transactions, and experience so that we can operate our business effectively, detect and prevent fraud, and improve our Services.
Sale of Our Business: If we sell, merge, or transfer any part of our business, we may be required to share your information. If so, you will be asked if you'd like to stop receiving promotional information following any change of control.
With your Consent:Other than as set out above, we will provide you with notice and the opportunity to choose when your Personal Information may be shared with other third parties.
Personally Identifiable Information: iface will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of iface (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). Any personally identifiable information you elect to make publicly available on our Sites or the iface Service will be available to others. If you remove information that you have made public on our Sites or the iface Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of our Sites or the iface Services, or if other users have copied or saved that information.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information:We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) for various internal business purposes and to provide data to third parties regarding the usage of our Services. By publishing your content on the iface Services or Site, you agree that you have obtained all necessary consents to make such information public and that doing so will not violate any laws. If you remove information that you have made public on the iface Service or Site, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the iface Service or Site, or if other users have copied or saved that information. Non-personally identifiable information may be stored indefinitely.
Instances Where We Are Required To Share Your Information: iface will disclose your information where required to do so by law, is subject to subpoena or other legal proceeding or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; (b) to enforce our Terms of Service or to protect the security or integrity of our Service; and/or (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of iface, our users or others.
What Happens In The Event Of A Change Of Control: We may buy or sell/divest/transfer the company (including any shares in the company), or any combination of its products, services, assets and/or businesses. Your information such as customer names and email addresses and other User information related to the iface Service may be among the items sold or otherwise transferred in these types of transactions. We may also sell, assign or otherwise transfer such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, dissolutions, reorganizations, liquidations, similar transactions or proceedings involving all or a portion of the company. You will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
Testimonials: We may display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our Site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent, we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at privacy@iface.io.
(c) Syncing, Linking, Connecting Your Bank Account or Other Third-Party Services with Your iface Service:
You may choose to sync certain iface Services with information from other financial accounts. To sync your financial account information, we must access your online account with your financial institution. We will request your user name, password, and any other login bank data that you have set up with your financial institution to enable access. We use this information to update and maintain the account information you download, to assist with the download process, and to enhance the Services we may provide in the future.
We work with other companies or developers to offer you products and services and you may choose to sync, link or connect other third-party services with your iface Service. Sometimes iface may let you know about the service or product, or another company may let you know about an iface service or product. It will be clear who is referring to the service or product, and who is providing the service or product. If you choose to accept these services, providing your consent to either the third party or to us, we may exchange your information, including your Personal Information, as well as information about how you interact with each company's service or product. This exchange of information is necessary to maintain business operations and to provide the ongoing service you've requested. By requesting or accepting these products or services, you are permitting us to provide your information, including your Personal Information, to the other party.
(d) Additional Limits on Use of Your Google User Data:
Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide the iface access to the following types of your Google data, our use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:
We will only use access to read, write, modify or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements.
We will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for our internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
4. Data Retention and Your Access Rights.
(a) Data Retention
In accordance with and as permitted by applicable law and regulations, we will retain your information as long as necessary to serve you, to maintain your account for as long as your account is active, or as otherwise needed to operate our business. When you close your account, we may continue to communicate with you about our Services, give you important business updates that may affect you, and let you know about products and services that may interest you, unless you have opted out of receiving marketing communications. We may also continue to use some of your information for business purposes and to improve our offerings or in some cases to develop new ones.
(b) Your Access Rights
As required by applicable law, including the U.S.-E.U. Privacy Shield Framework, you may contact us to confirm whether we maintain, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your Personal Information and to review it in order to verify its accuracy and the lawfulness of our processing of such Personal Information. Where you have determined that the Personal Information we collect about you is inaccurate or processed in violation of applicable law, including the U.S.-E.U. Privacy Shield Principles, you may also request that your Personal Information is corrected, amended, or deleted. 5. Storage and Processing.
Your information collected through the iface Service may be stored and processed in the United States, Europe, or any other country in which iface or its subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. iface may transfer information that we collect about you, including personal information, to affiliated entities, or to other third parties across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, please note that, in accordance with and as permitted by applicable law and regulations, we reserve the right to transfer your information, and process and store it outside your country of residence to wherever we or our third-party service providers operate.
6. How We Protect Your Information.
iface is concerned with protecting your privacy and data, but we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to iface or guarantee that your information on the iface Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of our industry standard physical, technical or managerial safeguards. When you enter sensitive information (such as login credentials) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you have any questions about security on our Site, you can contact us at privacy@iface.io. We use an outside credit card processing company to bill you if you purchase services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.
We do take steps to ensure the security of your information, such as:
Constantly work to update our security practices to implement accepted best methods to protect your Personal Information, and review our security procedures carefully. Comply with applicable laws and security standards. Securely transmit your sensitive Personal Information. Train our staff and require them to safeguard your data. Transmit, store, protect, and access all cardholder information in compliance with the Payment Card Industry's Data Security Standards.
7. Privacy Shield and GDPR.
iface complies with the EU GDPR framework as set forth by the European Union regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data from European Union member countries. iface has certified that it adheres to the requirements of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement.
8. Compromise of Personal Information.
In the event that personal information is compromised as a breach of security, iface will promptly notify our customers in compliance with applicable law.
9. Your Choices About Your Information.
(a) Your duty to inform us of changes: It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal information changes during your relationship with us.
(b) Your rights in connection with your personal information: Under certain circumstances, under the GDPR you have the right to -
Request access to your personal information (commonly known as a "data subject access request"). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
Request correction of the personal information that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you corrected.

For current iface customers, you can review, correct, update or delete inaccuracies to the information about you that iface keeps on file by logging into your account to update your password and billing information. Alternately (for data subjects tracked by iface and former iface customers), you can contact us directly at privacy@iface.io. We will acknowledge your request within seventy-two (72) hours and handle it promptly. Additionally, you also have the right to data portability if it should become relevant. You have a right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. What Else You Can Do To Manage Your Privacy.
You can view and edit information that identifies you online through your iface Service. How you can access and control information that identifies you will depend on which Services you use. You have a choice about the use of information that identifies you, marketing communications you receive from us, and our use of cookies and other tracking technologies.
(a) Updating Your Personal Information: In connection with your right to manage your Personal Information you provide to us, you may access, update, change, correct or request deletion of your information either through the Service or through our customer support. You can reach our customer support by using the contact information provided in the "Contact Us" section of this statement.
(b) Managing Marketing Communications From Us: We will honor your choices when it comes to receiving marketing communications from us. If you choose to stop receiving information simply inform us of that decision.

Sometimes this tracking is necessary in order for us to provide you the Service you requested. Other times, we combine Usage Data collected from Cookies with that of other customers to improve your and other customers' experience. You have control over some of the Usage Data we collect from Cookies and how we use it. Information on changing your browser settings to opt out of Cookies can be found in your browser settings.
In accordance with the Digital Advertising Alliance Principles, iface also uses advertising networks and other third parties to display advertising on our website or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partners may place Cookies on our Services and unaffiliated websites in order to serve advertisements that may be relevant to you based on your browsing activities and interests and to determine the effectiveness of such advertisements.
Please note that even if you opt-out of such Cookies or otherwise opt-out of interest-based advertising, you will still receive advertisements, they just won't be tailored to your interests. Also, if you opt-out and later delete your Cookies, use a different browser, or buy a new computer, you may need to renew your opt-out choices.
(d) Do Not Track: Like most other companies, our Services are not currently configured to respond to browsers' "Do Not Track" signals because at this time no formal "Do Not Track" standard has been adopted.
(e) Social Media Features: Our Services may use social media features, such as Facebook sharing ("Social Media Features"). These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting within our Service, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Services. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy statement of the company providing the relevant Social Media Features.
11. Enforcement and Dispute Resolution.
In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, iface commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact iface's Data Protection Officer at privacy@iface.io.
In any matters relating to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, iface is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield website at www.privacyshield.gov, you may invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.
iface shall comply with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
12. Our Retention Of Your Information.
If you have an account with iface, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
If you are a visitor to the iface Sites we will retain your information for as long as necessary but no longer than one (1) year after your last visit to our Sites.
13. Children's Privacy.
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, iface does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. It is our policy to provide notifications, whether such notifications are required by law or are for marketing or other business related purposes, to you via email, written or hard copy notice, or through conspicuous posting of such notice on the Service, as determined by iface in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to you, provided that you may opt out of certain means of notification as described in this Privacy Policy.
15. Links to Other Websites.
Please note that you may encounter links to third party websites on the Site, or within the Accessed Content, which may include information that we have no control over. Whether you access third party websites through a link on our Site, or as a consequence of using our Site, you acknowledge that you are aware that these third party websites are not screened for privacy or security issues by us, and you release us from any liability for the conduct of these third party websites.
Please be aware that this Privacy Policy, and any other policies in place, in addition to any amendments, does not create rights enforceable by third parties. iface bears no responsibility for the information collected or used by any advertiser or third party website. Please review the privacy policy and terms and conditions for each site you visit through third party links or through our Site.
16. Changes to Our Privacy Policy.
All changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. When we change the policy in a material manner, we will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Site, prior to the change becoming effective and update the 'effective date' at the top of this page.
